Terms of service

Vintsee turns a photo of a garment into an AI-generated photoshoot for resale listings (Vinted, Depop and similar). By creating an account or using Vintsee, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Vintsee. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. Our privacy policy explains what that removes.

Photo generations are paid for with credits, purchased in packs or granted for free (e.g. new-account credits, referrals). Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used to generate a photo; unused purchased credits may be refunded within a reasonable period if you contact us. We handle these case by case.

We may change credit costs or pack prices going forward; changes do not affect credits you already hold.

You may only upload photos of garments you own or have the right to sell. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, and do not attempt to abuse the credit system, scrape the service, or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Generated photos are AI approximations. Always compare the result with the real garment before you list it, and describe the item accurately to buyers. Vintsee is not responsible for disputes arising from a listing's accuracy.

You own the photos you upload and the photos Vintsee generates for you, and may use them for your own listings and marketing.

Vintsee is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Vintsee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
